We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 for delivery in the UK, starting at £4 and offering free postage for orders over £30.
We ship with DPD couriers for international delivery.
For furniture, we deliver with specialist furniture couriers.

Returns & Exchanges
We have a 28-day returns policy from the dispatch date. Items must have original labels attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you’d like to return your purchase for a full refund or exchange, please email info@ecotribo.com or call 07758310886.
International Delivery Charges
We use DPD couriers, and delivery time is 3 - 10 business days, depending on where you are in the world. We keep prices low for you by calculating weight and size at the checkout.
Please note that we currently do not ship furniture outside of the UK.
